I have spent 17 months working to rehabilitate the challenges set by my body, my mind and my spirit. I have used many, many different holistic therapies and techniques following the episode of near fatal heart failure which was thought to be due to an infection /virus in March 2019.

I knew the moment Tracey started; it was instantaneous like a light switch. " ​This was my first experience with this type of healing. When I arrived Tracey made me feel most welcome & at ease. I lay down on the massage bed, all cosy & warm; I concentrated on my breathing & the birds singing. Then I became aware that I was drifting surrounded by a beautiful white cleansing light, filtering around & through me. This light then started to support me, wrapping me in a cocoon of white light, such a delightful experience. I was aware that it was a healing light. I just hung there supported in my hammock of white light,  enjoying the sensation. After sometime Tracey touched my on the shoulder & informed me that the session had come to an end. ​"This was the first time that I have had a Reconnective Healing session, my experience was quite unexpected. Almost immediately I observed colours pulsating within me, accompanied by an intense tingling feeling running up and down my body, both cold and hot at the same time. It felt as though Tracey was massaging my legs and feet, yet I was later informed there was no actual psychical contact. I was aware that my right arm was levitating, it felt absolutely weightless. At the start of my first Reconnective Healing session, I first noticed my hands started to tingle, & a light emanating from my fingertips. I was now tingling from my arms, all the way down to my feet. I next felt pressure building on my chest, along with a piercing sensation in both my sternum & my heart.
I felt a strange sensation on my eyeballs, & I could feel the energy cascading into my head. Finally I noticed the room heated intensely at the end of my Reconnective Healing session.  Many thanks once again, most impressive!”
Second Session:  “First I felt energy moving up & down my body vertically, in waves, as though it was scanning my core. Next a feeling of increasing  discomfort around my abdomen, as though a tight elastic band had been placed around my tummy making it difficult to breathe.
